Interior modifications for a new kitchen area and dining area at the Neosho Golf Course Clubhouse. Includes removal of existing walls, construction of new walls for the revised layout, electrical modifications, plumbing modifications, and relocation of existing equipment. 1. Prospective bidders are responsible for verifying exact layout, quantities, and footages. 2. Bidders shall visit the site, meet with the owner and confirm measurements prior to bidding. 3. Bidders shall include all necessary items for complete scope of work.
