Closing Time: 12:00 PM (NT) Question Deadline 08/16/2024 at 12:00 AM NT The Engineer/Architect, in the first instance, shall decide on questions arising under the Contract Documents and interpret the requirements therein. Such decisions shall be given in writing Demolish, as specified, to accommodate construction and remedial work as indicated in Section 01050 - Scope of Work. Remove existing equipment, services and obstacles, where required, for refinishing or making good of existing surfaces and replace same as work progresses. Carry out work in orderly and careful manner. At end of each day's work, leave work in safe condition. Protect interiors or parts not to be demolished from exterior elements at all times. Use methods to minimize dusting. Keep materials wetted. Selling, burning or burying materials on site is not permitted without the written consent of the Engineer. Remove contaminated or dangerous materials from site and dispose of in safe manner, in accordance with authorities having jurisdiction, to minimize danger involved at site or at any time during disposal.
