Renovation of a transportation facility in St. John's, Newfoundland. Design plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Construction of renovations to the existing Metrobus Depot to accommodate infrastructure required for electrification of the fleet. The modifications will include electrical distribution upgrades, charging infrastructure, mechanical and structural upgrades and additional areas to accommodate storage, electrical and charging equipment including additional backup power. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Tender and construction timelines may be confirmed early 2026.
