The City of Chula Vista is seeking competitive proposals from experienced and qualified companies or firms to provide professional Solar (Photovoltaic) O&M and Repair services. 1. Get operational sites under O+M contract (City's standard contractor/service provider contract). 2. Maximize system up-time and energy production. 3. Keep systems operating in a safe and efficient condition. Reduce risk to life and property. 4. Maintain systems in compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements. 5. Establish initial budget estimates for current deferred maintenance/repair issues by getting "hard" quotes from potential bidders. a. Once down systems are repaired and fully operational, it is expected they be added to the O+M plan. 6. Guidelines for data access for Contractor, via Locus / Also Energy Portal. a. Includes updated Monitoring service agreements with Also Energy as required. b. Updated hardware and communication infrastructure as required by Also Energy. The City will evaluate and determine the need for ongoing services and at the City's option, the agreement will include four (4) one-year options to renew. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received any portion of any proposal and to waive any irregularities or informalities in proposals or the RFP process.
