* Remove existing scoreboard, structural steel posts, and upper portions of footings to a depth of 24" be removed and prepare for new construction. * Remove spoils off site. * Place new drilled pier footings per PC Drawings * Installation of a new 16'x 8' scoreboard and steel posts per PC Drawings. Make final electrical hook ups, grounding, etc. * Test operations and communications. Coordinate with District. * Project Estimate: $32,000 * Softball scoreboard is scheduled to be delivered to the site. Coordinate with District when ready for installation. * Required License A or B and C-10 * Notice of Completion to be provided by district upon acceptance of work completed. * A detailed report of the work completed must be provided to SUHSD including but not limited to; asbuilts, photographs, gps location of the new softball scoreboard and date of removal of the existing scoreboard. * Work must be performed in coordination with the district to limit student exposure to noise and construction hazards. * Contractor shall fill-out a fixed asset report provided by the district for electrical equipment and install equipment identification decal(s) as required. Contractor shall coordinate with the district regarding the equipment inventory process.
