The scope of this project includes but is not limited to, the following: site work, paving, and renovation of a 204,500 square foot educational facility. As of August 13, 2024, a construction manager has been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline has not been released. In general, the project consists of MIDDLE SCHOOL #2 - CROSS CREEK MEADOWS which includes but is not limited to: dirt work, utility work, concrete paving, concrete walks, drilled piers, concrete slabs, structural steel, steel joists, metal deck, single ply roofing, steel studs and drywall, masonry, EIFS, aluminum, steel and plastic laminate covered doors, aluminum windows, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Interior finishes include but are not limited to: steel studs and drywall, resilient flooring, carpet tiles, ceramic tile, quarry tile, wood gym floor, paint, acoustical ceiling, millwork, casework, expansion joint covers, marker board, tack boards, projection screens, fire extinguishers and cabinets, rolling shelves, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, metal lockers, plaque, identifying devices, and window blinds Guaranty Bonds in the form of a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond may be required from any subcontractor whose proposal is in excess of $100,000 at the option of the Construction Manager.
