Site work for a civil project in Sweetwater, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: constructing a new 1 MG glass-fused-to-steel bolted steel ground storage tank associated site grading and piping associated erosion and sedimentation controls demolition of existing 200,000 gallon welded steel tank The Project has an expected duration of 365 days Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bidsshall be on a lump sum (stipulated) price, together with Unit Prices basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Successful Bidder must furnish a payment and performance bond. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. This Project is being supported with U.S. Department of the Treasury, American Rescue Plan, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) grant funding. Also, this project is being supported with Appalachian Regional Commission grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other Federal requirements attach to this opportunity.
