Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Santa Clara, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, installation of fencing and gates at the Emergency Operations Center. The undersigned Bidder herewith encloses a certified check or cashier’s check of or on a responsible bank in the United States, or a corporate surety bond furnished by a surety authorized to do a surety business in the State of California, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of Total Bid Price, and made payable to City of Santa Clara. The Work shall reach Substantial Completion within Sixty-five (65) Working Days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run. The Work shall reach Final Completion within Seventy-five (75) Working Days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run. A California "A", “B”, or “C-13” contractor’s license is required to bid this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract. CONTACT INFORMATION.
