Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Clara, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Contractor must possess a C-39 Roofing Contractor's License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15. For ORIGINAL Bid Bond drop-off, please call (408) 491-7472 when you arrive at the front lobby. For ORIGINAL Bid Bond mailed through a 3rd party carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS), please email the tracking number to the Procurement Officer taylor.tran02@prc.sccgov.org prior to bid due date. The Work will consist of roofing repair services including but not limited to the removal and installation of different types of roofing; maintenance and/or repair of existing roofing; and installing gutters, downspouts, and drainage. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items.
