Site work for a civil project in Valley City, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
VCSU is seeking a contractor to remove an underground storage tank. Labor, materials and other expenses to complete the following: o Disconnect piping and cap at the building. o Excavation (locates, notification & permits, removal/disposal of concrete, piping, and UST (removal/disposal of tank contents) o Soil sampling and necessary testing/reporting per State of ND o Provide fill (TBD) over the excavated area and top with 6" of Class V. o Electrician to disconnect power to tank, if necessary Questions Due: 08/15/2024 02:00 PM CT Contact the Procurement Officer Jessica Gortmaker as soon as possible with any questions related to the solicitation. A solicitation amendment will be issued if changes are made to this solicitation. VCSU reserves the right to reject any or all bid responses wholly or in part. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project has an estimated value range of $50K-$70K.
