VCSU is seeking a contractor to complete ceiling tile & grid replacement projects in McCoy Hall and the Student Center during summer 2025. Valley City State University is requesting bids to provide all supervision, labor, material, equipment, tools, services, etc. to complete all work associated with the replacement of the ceiling tile & grid on the 1st (partial) and 2nd floors of McCoy Hall AND the first floor (partial) of the Student Center. Questions Due: 01/24/2025 04:00 PM CT Any questions regarding this solicitation should be referred to the procurement officer Work to be completed between May 2025 and August 2025. Term of Contract. This contract begins: 2/1/2025, or its Effective Date, and ends on 8/1/2025 VCSU reserves the right to extend this contract for an additional period of time, not to exceed 12 months, beyond the current termination date of this contract.
