Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,910-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The project consists of the construction of a multi-purpose event center with prep kitchen, lobby, and supporting spaces, with an exterior patio, supporting exterior spaces, and landscaping. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work. Pursuant to Tennessee State law, the Iran Divestment Act Certification must be completed and returned with the bid in order for the bid to be considered or awarded (Chapter No. 817 - hb0261/sb0377.) Last day for RFI questions- 2:00 pm EST, 9/4/2024 a. Scope of work: Construction of a one story, 11,910 square foot multi-use event space with prep kitchen, lobby, private suites, an office and supporting spaces. Site work includes new parking lot, stormwater retention,sidewalks and patio. b. Contract time: 360 Daysfrom the Notice to Proceed. c. Liquidated Damages: $500 per day d. Payment Policy: Upon receipt of a complete pay application, pay should be made within 15 days. Alternates: a. Alternate 1: Patio Extension, Roof Structure and Rail b. Alternate 2: Event Hall Acoustic Wall Panels and Catenary Banners c. Alternate 3: Additional Lighted Site Bollards
