Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
Wood Recycle Center Pavement Maintenance The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: Performing limited, selected pavement and base repairs. Raising electric pullboxes, water valves, catch basins, manhole frames, and other affected in-ground utility structures to be flush with final grades. Cold-planing/milling existing pavement in selected locations to receive new pavement layers and at transitions and tie-ins. Placing leveling and wedging to prepare for new courses of asphalt paving. Paving new courses of asphalt as required to achieve thicknesses indicated. Construction of asphalt curb islands where directed, and painting parking spaces, lane lines, cross hatches, and other required pavement markings. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. The City of Chattanooga is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
