Roll-Off Recycling Hauling Services - Rebid. Hall County, Georgia, (herein "County") a municipal entity of the State of Georgia, is seeking qualified Contractors to provide Roll-Off Recycling Hauling Services (herein "Services"). The County seeks to award one (1) Contractor to perform all the Services on an annual-basis listed herein. Only Contractors actively performing Roll-Off Hauling Services will be considered for evaluation. All other bids will be rejected by the County as non-responsive. The County will make any extension of the bidding period by a formal written Addendum and publicly posted electronically. All bid packets must be time and date stamped by the receptionist on the 4th floor to be considered for award. Cost will not be read at this time but published after the County has evaluated the qualifications of each Bidder. Addenda: If needed and in the best interest of the County, the Purchasing Division may make an extension of the bidding period by a formal written addendum and publicly posted electronically. All addenda must be signed by the Bidder and returned with the bid packet. The County reserves the right to make site-visits at the contractor's place of business. The Contractor shall be responsible for all work performed in support of this contract, including all subcontractors. All Bidders must disclose proposed subcontractors in their bid response. Subcontractors must be pre-approved in writing by the County. The County may refuse to pay for any work done outside of the Scope of Work or before the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. Bidders shall provide copies of the following licensing with their bid response: A. Valid Business License B. Required licenses and certifications C. Letter of Bondability that your firm can acquire Performance and Payment bonds equal to one hundred percent (100%) each of the contract value. Awarded Contractors must produce the bonds prior to any work commencing.
