Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sandston, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work consists of providing approximately 2,290 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main along Clayman Road, Old Memorial Road, Stevie Road and Betner Road; the installation of approximately 34 sanitary sewer laterals and eight (8) manholes; the installation of approximately 1,110 linear feet of 8-inch water main and the installation of approximately 33 water services; and providing site and pavement restoration and providing all other work as required by the Contract Documents in order to provide a complete system as described herein.
