Renovation of a conference / convention center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Bid shall include: (1) Scotsman MC0630 Prodigy ELITE ice machine Standard warranty - 1-Year parts, labor & travel time during normal working hours. Bid shall include all means to demo the old machine and all associated components. Bid shall include all means to install new ice machine and all associated components. Bid should include any Freight/shipping costs. Electrical Demo/installation shall be included for old machine and new unit. Plumbing parts & labor for demo/installation shall be included for old machine and new unit. Contractor will provide a dumpster for removed materials. Coordinate installation with owner based on building event activity. This bid shall include any required permits. The expected completion date of the project is 09/15/2024. Informality shall mean a minor defect or variation of a bid from the exact requirements of the Request for Bid which does not affect the price, quality, quantity, or delivery schedule for the goods, services or construction being procured.
