Site work for a water / sewer project in Douglasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work to be performed shall include the rehabilitation of the following sewer mains by installation of Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Approximately 775 linear feet of existing 8-inch DIP and Vitrified Clay Pipe on Stewart Parkway; and Approximately 1,133 linear feet of existing 8-inch DIP and Vitrified Clay Pipe and 12-inch DIP on Bill Arp Road. For the performance of the Bill Arp Road All prospective bidders must hold a current Georgia Utility Contractors License and be on, or promptly qualify for inclusion on, the Authoritys Approved Contractor List, without restriction or probationary status. All bids must be accompanied by adequate bid security (certified check, bid bond, or irrevocable letter of credit) drawn in favor of the Authority and in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price The Authority further reserves the right to waive technicalities and informalities in the Invitation for Bids and bids submitted.
