Technical inquiries and questions relating to technical requirements, proposal procedures or bonds are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet No Later Than ten (10) calendar days before due date of proposals, in order that they may be given consideration or actions taken prior to receipt of offers. Phone calls for non-technical or procedural type questions should be made between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday. The Bidder Inquiry system is to be used to ask and receive answers to all non-proprietary questions. TECHNICAL APPROACH Based upon your understanding of the TOPR requirements, describe the technical approach you will take to address the unique challenges, opportunities, and constraints inherent to this project. Include the following items within your response: Provide a brief summary schedule of activities including phased notice to proceed (NTP), restrictions, permits, submittals, abatement of hazardous materials, turnover of the site and the closeout process. Provide a brief description of activities required for the abatement of hazardous materials. cribe how work will be accomplished adjacent to airfield operations. Explain height restrictions during demolition, phasing, etc. AM-0001 The submission for this factor may not exceed three (3) pages, explanatory drawings are not required. Present a narrative to describe your technical solution for this project, specifically citing the process used for construction.
