Several locations have been identified by an engineer as needing repair, and they have produced drawings indicating the scope for the destructive testing, which will be Phase 1 of this project. Once the extent of the issue is known, engineer will direct repairs. AHEC is rebidding this project as we received no bids from the first posting.
