AHEC is not seeking costs on specific work at this time. When work is needed, AHEC will direct contractors selected from this process to provide job-specific quotes (that will then walk, etc.). AHEC will utilize hourly rates and markup costs, etc., to substantiate job-specific quotes. Vendors are welcomed to provide additional cost information (unitized pricing such as $/Square Foot, $/linear foot, $/Occurrence, etc.) for consideration in response to this Documented Quote. It is the intent of the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) Procurement Services Office to receive quotes on behalf of the AHEC Facilities Services Department for tree services. Answers will be posted on ColoradoVSS and Online. No questions will be accepted after date and time. The term will be for the period of one fiscal year (August 2024 through June 30, 2025). If AHEC requires these same services after the current fiscal year, the term may be extended for up to an additional one (1) year, for a total term not to exceed two (2) years. AHEC reserves the right to reject all quotes and re-solicit at any time prior to start date. AHECreserves the right to cancel this solicitation in its entirety at any time without penalty.
