This project primarily consists of channel and infrastructure repairs at four (4) locations: 1) Estates Above Wimbledon Outfall - improvements to reduce erosion threatening the storm drain outfall to Rush Creek, Tributary 10.3 between Wareham Drive and Bridgewater Drive. 2) Lake Country outfalls - reconstruction of three (3) different storm drain outfalls into Stream VC(A)-1 between W. Lamar Boulevard and N.W. Green Oaks Boulevard. 3) Oak Gate outfall - reconstruction of the existing concrete channel and mitigation of erosion at the transition to a natural creek in Stream Kee Branch, Tributary 1. 4)Washington Drive - erosion repairs for bank erosion and protect existing outfall. A cashiers check or an acceptable Bidder's Bond payable to the City of Arlington, Texas, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the largest possible total for the bid submitted, must accompany the bid A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, will be required. The successful bidder shall also furnish to the City a Maintenance Bond covering defects of material and workmanship for two calendar years following the City's approval and acceptance of the construction The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened.
