All questions regarding the project technical details and specifications, clarification and interpretations must be submitted within online. within the Pierce County OpenGov software, ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $200,000, not including WSST. PROJECT LOCATION: County-City Building: 930 Tacoma Ave S, Tacoma WA 98402. COMPLETION TIME: The successful bidder will be required to Substantially Complete all basic bid and alternate bid work within 50 Calendar Days of Notice to Proceed. The contractor will have an additional 10 Calendar Days to reach Final Completion and Acceptance for a total of 60 Calendar Days. 5% Retainage will be held for the full contract period; Contract Bond will be required for the full amount of the contract.
