Anticipated time of construction is: Substantial Completion - 12 months. Bastrop Agnes Street from SH 304 to Schaefer Blvd Approximately 4000 LF of asphalt pavement, water, wastewater, and storm sewer. The City of Bastrop reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Bids may not be withdrawn for the period of 60 days after date of receiving bids. All bids will be evaluated on cost, experience of the contractor and the substantial and final completion times. The selected bidder will not necessarily be the low bidder. The selected bidder will be the one that provides the best value to the City at the discretion of the City and Project Team. Bids are invited for items and quantities of work as follows: Agnes Street Extension includes 1,800 LF of a two-lane roadway widening and 1,760 LF of a four-lane divided roadway consisting of the following items (quantities rounded): 2,300 TONS of HMAC, 10,000 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 1,100 SY of concrete sidewalk, 1,700 LF of storm drain ranging from 18 RCP to 6x5 RCB, 2,100 LF of water line ranging from 6 DI to 12 PVC, 700 LF of wastewater line ranging from 6 PVC to 10 PVC, and 12 street lights.
