Site work for a communication facility in Poulsbo, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment and materials required for the installation of Kitsap PUD provided fiber cables and splicing for the Augusta Fiber Project using the strand and lash construction methods along PSE poles, and installation of conduit in Kitsap County ROW all located in Suquamish, WA. Project work includes installation of approximately 17,500 feet of strand and fiber and approx. 950 feet of conduit and fiber. Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of certified or cashier's check, or surety bond. The Contract will be awarded to the qualified bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid. Kitsap PUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding in accordance with the specifications.
