Renovation of a fire / police facility in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Spring Hill is soliciting proposals from qualified HVAC contractors interested in providing quotes for the replacement of the current HVAC system located at Spring Hill Fire Station 3 - 4000 Campbell Station Pkwy, Spring Hill, TN 37174. The goal of this project will be to replace the current HVAC system with a new package HVAC system that will provide for year-round heating and cooling of the facility while maintaining comfortable humidity levels. The existing multi-zone system will remain as a failover. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals regarding the Fire Station 3 HVAC Replacement, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in any Proposal, and to make an award in any manner, consistent with law, deemed in the best interest of the City.
