The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Spring Hill is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive public engagement campaign and develop design options for a new park and/or recreational facilities on undeveloped city owned land. The property is approximately 48 acres located on Hurt Road adjacent to Allendale Elementary School. This project aims to engage the community in the planning process and provide the Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BOMA) with three to five design options, each accompanied by renderings and a phased development approach. Key project elements include landscape architecture and suburban design, park planning, public outreach and engagement campaign, environmental concerns, access, permitting, and estimating in the development of a preferred conceptual design. The city's goal is to complete preferred conceptual designs by March 2025.
