OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to select one (1) supplier per territory (East and West) to perform electrical work on demand. 1.2. The work required under this call for tenders includes all repairs and installations that must be carried out in order to put an end to a critical problem, or that are essential to the proper operation of the dwelling and the comfort of its occupants. Such work may include the construction and repair of electrical installations, as well as the maintenance, repair, modification or renovation of electrical appliances operating at voltages ranging from 12 V to 600 V. 1.3. The SUPPLIER must be able to carry out planned or emergency interventions, and be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 1.4. In the case of larger-scale work, the SUPPLIER shall prepare, at no cost to the OMHM, bids for the work within the period specified by the OMHM, generally 72 hours. This period may be shorter in urgent situations. The SUPPLIER must be able to carry out about ten of these per month. Tenders must be submitted in electronic format. OMHM does not undertake to accept these submissions.
