Assessment of GSU Power Transformers, Multiple Locations Professional services to complete a comprehensive transformer fleet risk assessment for 21 of NL Hydro's Generator Step-Up (GSU) Power Transformers and recommend risk mitigation actions. This assessment will require site visits for each GSU power transformer in order to complete the required visual inspections. No equipment outages will be taken for the required site visits/visual inspections, hence the visual inspections will be limited to what can be observed from ground level. NL Hydro will arrange to have a representative available to escort the Contractor into each terminal station to access each GSU power transformer. 1. The scope of the Contract is: Professional services to complete a comprehensive transformer fleet risk assessment for 21 of NL Hydro's Generator Step-Up (GSU) Power Transformers and recommend risk mitigation actions. This assessment will require site visits for each GSU power transformer in order to complete the required visual inspections. No equipment outages will be taken for the required site visits/visual inspections, hence the visual inspections will be limited to what can be observed from ground level. NL Hydro will arrange to have a representative available to escort the Contractor into each terminal station to access each GSU transformer. 2. Except for Material specifically stated elsewhere in the Contract Documents as Owner-Furnished Material, the Work covered under the Contract comprises the supply of all labour, Plant and Material necessary to construct the Work identified 3. Material and Plant which are not specifically mentioned in this Contract Documents but which are usual or necessary for the satisfactory completion of the Work shall be deemed to be included in the Contract and shall be provided by Contractor without extra charges.
