Remove existing sheet metal flashings/drip edge/valleys and dispose of. Install GAF Weather watch ice and water shield 24" inside of exterior walls, and transitions. Install GAF Felt Buster over the entire roof surface not covered by water and ice shield. Install Timberline HDZ asphalt shingles. Install GAF Timbertex accessories at all ridgelines. Install GAF 12" Cobra Snow Country at all ridge vent locations. Fabricate and install new pre-finished 24-gauge aluminum drip edge at all eaves and gable edges as needed. Color to be selected by owner. Fabricate and install new pre-finished 24-gauge aluminum valleys as needed. Color to be selected by owner. Fabricate and install new step flashings and dormer flashings along transitions. Color to be selected by owner. Quoted price shall include all the labor, materials, truck charges, shop time, equipment and all the required inspection fees needed for this work.
