Dakota County is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to upgrade the HVAC at the Camp Spring Lake Retreat Center in Rosemount. Dakota County Spring Lake Park Retreat Center HVAC Upgrade Project 2024 At Dakota County Spring Lake Park Retreat Center 13690 Pine Bend Trail, Rosemount, MN 55068 A. Remove Two (2) existing heating only furnaces that serve the restrooms areas. B. Replace the existing with Two (2) new high efficiency gas furnaces with split system heat pump heating and cooling. Existing air distribution to be reused. C. New concrete pads and electrical wiring will be required for the outdoor condensing units. D.
