STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Rosemount shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the street construction, watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, sidewalk, trail, grading, and appurtenant work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis for the base Bid, with any alternate bid items as indicated on the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days.
