The project is expected to be awarded on January 20, 2025.** The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1 L S Remove Drainage Structure 1 L S Remove Drainage Structure (Special) 2 EA 36" - 48" RC Pipe Aprons 31 L F 36" - 48" RC Pipe Sewer CL III 11 L F Const Drainage Structure Des 60-4020 Question Deadline 12/13/2024 100 C Y Grouted Riprap CL III The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. For all further requirements regarding Bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. The Project Site is identified in the Bidding Documents. The Site includes right-of-way, easements, and other lands furnished by Owner for the use of the Contractor. Any additional lands required for temporary construction facilities, construction equipment, or storage of materials and equipment, and any access needed for such additional lands, are to be obtained and paid for by Contractor.
