Renovation of a municipal facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) and Niagara Frontier Transit Metro Systems, Inc. (NFTM) seeks qualified Contractors to submit proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein of Four (4) High Efficiency Roof Top Units (RTU) located at 164 Ohio Street, Buffalo New York 14203. The scope of work is inclusive of the removal of the existing unit, delivery and installation of the new unit. Rigging, electrical and duct work tie-in. The cost proposal shall include any applicable environmental fees, gas/ electric connections, equipment charges and adaptation, as necessary, and manuals. Registration Deadline for Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Inspection Via electronically. Proponents must register to attend through online, by August 20, 2024, at 4:00 pm. Question Deadline 08/22/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Submit all questions pertaining to this procurement through electronically. The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal.
