Site work for a water / sewer project in Whitehall, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Village of Whitehall is issuing a Request for Qualifications from engineering consultants/firms pursuant to the Federal procurement requirements found at 2CFR Sections 200.318 through 200.326 for Architectural/Engineering Services for FEMA/DHSES funded projects. Portions of Sub catchment area 3 of the sanitary sewer system are within the 100-year flood zone and Pump Station No. 3 is subject to near daily inundation and regular flooding. The Village is utilizing a qualifications-based procurement procedure to evaluate professional service firms or individuals that are proposing to provide the engineering services required to address the flooding and excess stormwater issues and determine if upgrading or rebuilding pump station No. 3 is needed. A response to the RFQ should be emailed to the Village clerk at: villageclerk@whitehallny.org The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
