Experience in Landscaping (Form 850-070-09) Must Be Completed and Submitted With Bid. Lump Sum. At the time of bid submit the following: 1) A letter of reference from a government agency or an independent business that states the bidder has satisfactorily completed a landscape project of at least $500,000 as the Landscape Contractor. 2) Three (3) separate letters of endorsement from three (3) Registered Landscape Architects currently licensed in the State of Florida. Endorsements shall include the Landscape Architect's signature, license number, description of landscape work performed, quality of the work, and location of project. Note: All letters and endorsements shall be signed and dated within the last five (5) years.
