This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Clearwater County (the "County") to prospective proponents to submit non-binding proposals for design and build the County's east route from our Rocky Mountain House Central Broadband Office (4504-42 STREET, Rocky Mountain House, AB, T4T 1A4) along 42 Street north- 47 Ave west.- 48 Street north to Hwy 598 east to Hwy 761 north to Hwy 12 (approximately 30km) as the main objective. Additional proposals are welcomed to provide FTTH (Fibre to the Home) along the route and/or extension to that primary route.
