The Authority is seeking a qualified Respondent to provide janitorial services for SkyCenter One (SkyCenter), located at 5411 SkyCenter Dr., Tampa, FL 33607. Office buildings with rents above average for their area due to quality finishes, state of the art systems, exceptional accessibility, and a market presence. The Contract for Janitorial Services at SkyCenter One, including all exhibits, schedules, subsequent amendments and attachments thereto, executed by and between the Authority and the Awarded Respondent. January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029, including renewal options. The Authority, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions with the highest ranked Respondent. The Term of the Contract is January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027 with two (2), one (1) year renewal options at the sole discretion of the CEO. The Authority will have the right to terminate the Contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice to the Awarded Respondent. Refer to Attachment A, Sample Contract for specific provisions of the Contract relating to Term, termination, renewals, rights and obligations, and end of Term transition. The Authority does not guaranty work or any amount of work to the Awarded Respondent during the Term of the Contract. A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a response on a contract to provide any goods or services to a public entity; may not submit a response on a contract with a public entity for the construction or repair of a public building or public work; may not submit a response on leases of real property to a public entity; may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity; and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Florida Statute Section 287.017, for CATEGORY TWO for a period of thirty six (36) months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
