Producis that do not fit the definition of manufactured goods are not covered Laws and Regulations: The bidder's anemion is directed to the fact that all appheable State Laws, municipal ordinances, and the rules and regulation of all sabontics having Jurisdiction over construction of the project shall apply to the contract throughout, and they will be deemed in be included in the contract the same as though written out in full.
