The Adair County BOCC reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to award bid in the best interest of Adair County. Afdavit of non-collusion is required. Generator & Components Recommended 25-50 kw ---120/208-Volt Natural Gas generator. Digital, microprocessor-based controller. Engine shutdowns for high temperature, low oil pressure, low coolant level, over crank and overspeed. Automatic Transfer Switch (120/208 Volt). LED indicators for source availability. A fully programmable engine exerciser to exercise the engine generator, with or without load on a weekly basis. 5-year comprehensive warranty on all components other than normal wear items. Project scope statement East side of building located next to employee entry for electric –Install Back-up generator as specified in scope. The proposed work generally consists of purchase of all materials and installing a back-up generator, transfer switch and emergence panel. Equipment, labor and incidentals for a complete installation to be fully functioning when complete. Time line of completion of above scope must be given. All work shall meet state and local codes.
