Renovation of a medical facility in Long Beach, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The work to be done consists primarily of replacement of existing roof system and skylights, and existing HVAC units with new units and system. The new HVAC units & systems are required to connect and function properly with existing controls, terminals, and /or software that is used onsite for operations and maintenance. Contractor to provide necessary demolition, site preparation, improvements and installation of both contractor and/or owner -furnished elements. The work to be done consists primarily of replacement of existing roof system and skylights, and existing HVAC units for the building with new units and system. The new HVAC units and system are required to connect and function properly with any existing controls, terminals, and/or software that is used onsite for operations and maintenance. Contractor to provide any necessary demolition, site preparation, improvements and installation of both contractor and/or ownerfurnished elements and will perform all other items necessary to complete the Work. Bids are required for the entire Work indicated on the Plans and Specifications.
