As of November 6, 2025, per the owner, this project is under construction. A design team and general contractor have been named. ...................................... Construction Management Services (Washington MS Transformation). The District is authorized by California Government Code section 4525, et seq., to contract with and employ any persons for the furnishing of architecture, landscape architecture, engineering, environmental services, land surveying, and construction management services through a fair, competitive selection process, which the District is utilizing. The Project may include multiple components. Any one of the components or combination thereof may be changed, including terminated, in the same manner as the Project, as indicated herein, without changing in any way the remaining component(s). The provisions of this Agreement shall apply to each component without regard to the status of the remaining component(s). Consultant shall invoice for each component separately and District shall compensate Consultant for each component separately on a proportionate basis based on the level and scope of work completed for each component. Scope: Consultant shall provide the Services described herein and under Exhibit A for the Project. The District reserves the right to change the Services of which the Parties agree may require the Consultant's Fee and Scope as well as certain terms and conditions of this Agreement to be adjusted by an amendment, in writing and signed by both Parties.
