DFCM Division Facilities and Construction and Management Non residential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services Project Description: Remove the existing windows and replace with energy efficient windows. Replace the existing rolled vinyl flooring with LVT. Replace the lighting with LED lights. Update the restrooms and showers by removing and replacing the existing tile, drywall, fixtures, and partitions. Repair the existing exhaust fans and mechanical system to meet CFM requirements. Repaint the walls and doors. Replace damaged ceiling tiles to match the existing tiles. Update the fire alarm fixtures. Repair the existing exterior handrails and guardrails. Remove and replace the hot water storage tank. Base bid must include an allowance of $150,000.00 Construction Cost Estimate: $2,220,000.00
