A. The Contractor and any intended subcontractors must be familiar with Michigan history and have qualified and competent architectural history and archaeology staff. B. The Contractor and subcontractors must meet the SOI Professional Qualification Standards in Architectural History and Archaeology. C. The Contractor will carry out the work as specified (Contract Activities) under the direction and control of the Program Manager or designee. D. Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, to develop the Statewide Historic Context for Dams. Question Deadline 08/16/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Answers to bidder questions posted on electronically 5:00 p.m. EST August 20, 2024. Bidder questions about this RFP must be emailed to the Solicitation Manager, Lisa Crozier-Green Email: CrozierGreenL@michigan.gov Anticipated Contract Start Date: September 2, 2024. The State may require a performance bond (as specified in a Statement of Work) if, in the opinion of the State, it will ensure performance of the Contract. The State reserves the right to conduct online interviews with some, or all, of the bidders. In the event the State determines that online interviews are required, bidders will be expected to include all team members included in the proposal during the interview. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
