The City intends to award a three-year contract with two one-year extension options, to a water meter reading contractor that possesses the appropriate demonstrable skill, experience, resources, and reputation to provide services under Section III Scope of Work. TASK 1: Bi-Monthly reading of water meters within the Cities of Norwalk and Artesia service area. TASK 2: Work Orders and Repairs TASK 3: Water Services Turn On / Off TASK 4: Fire Flow Tests & Cross Connection Tests TASK 5: One-Time Water Service Connections Materials Survey Additional Services Related to Water Meter Reading Emergency Water System Repairs
