**As of November 22, 2024, This project has been awarded to Tovey/Shultz Construction, Inc, with the awarded amount of $2,703,116.90.** The project involves interior and exterior modifications at the Transportation/Public Services Facility. Interior modifications includes ,relocation of bus operator locker room, remodel Dispatch Suite to accommodate vestibule with transaction window/counter, additional Supervisor workstations, creation of a small supervisor conference room, restructure Operations Manager/Administration Assistant Offices, expand Mechanic's locker room, create Storekeeper's office, remodel Customer Service Lobby with new dedicated Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System, relocate Supply/Copier Room, restructure Transit Admin. Officer's office, and relocate HR Payroll Technician's Office. The exterior modifications include a new entry gate and fencing at the Civic Center entrance.
