Demolition of an existing restroom / storage building and installation of a new state approved, prefabricated restroom / storage building, parking and path of travel improvements to the new restroom. This project is being competitively bid among the qualified firms holding City contracts for AsNeeded Park Facility Asphalt Paving, Flatwork Concrete, Grading, and New Park Construction Services. All work shall be performed under the terms and conditions outlined in your Contract No. As a reminder, Contract No. requires that you perform 75% of the total project awarded with its own organization. Contractor may subcontract up to 25% of the total value of each project awarded under this contract. (Page 29, Section 9 "Contractor Participation" of the Request for Qualification (RFQ) Document). Owner/General Contractor shall survey the site, establish survey for the building pad and prefabricated building slab elevation and front corners, excavate for building footings (if required), locate footing sleeves for electrical, waste, and water, pour the footings (if required), furnish sand base adjacent to subgrade pad, and provide location for utility POC's nominally 6' outside the foundation Any changes will be issued in the form of an addendum.
