As of September 26,2024, project was awarded to TraMar Contracting, Inc., awarded amount is $318431.20. The City of Kirkwood is requesting sealed bids for 2024 High Build Acrylic Waterborne Pavement Markings for the City's Engineering Department , in accordance with the specifications contained herein. No Faxed, Hand Delivered, Mailed, or Emailed Responses will be accepted. Any contact by Supplier in regards to this bid with City personnel other than those defined herein may be considered grounds for dismissal of Supplier's bid. Question Deadline 08/20/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Unless otherwise stipulated, the contractor shall provide and pay for all bonds, insurance, materials, labor, tools, equipment, light, power, water, transportation, and other facilities necessary for the execution and completion of the work. If the contractor, in the course of the work, finds any discrepancy between the drawings and the physical conditions of the locality, or any error or omissions in the drawings or in the layout as given by points and instructions, it shall be the contractor's duty to immediately inform the City Engineer in writing; and the City Engineer shall promptly verify the same. Any work done after such discovery, until authorized, will be done at the contractor's risk.
