Site work for a civil project in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of lining approximately 25,400 linear feet of 24-inch diameter ductile iron force main with a fully structural CIPP liner, installation of 3,000 linear feet of 30-inch DR11 HDPE force main via horizontal directional drilling, and rehabilitation of existing drainage and air valve manholes. A Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) utilization goal of 18% and a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) utilization goal of 12% have been established for the project. 1) MBE Utilization Goal of 18% 2) WBE Utilization Goal of 12% Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. In addition, the Contractor shall be required to provide a "Statement of Surety's Intent" with his bid. Bidder shall be prepared to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the Contract amount.
