As of October 10, 2024, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Clark County Detention Center North Tower UPS Replacement and is located at 330 S Casino Center Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada 89101. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 26 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the removal of two (2) existing 100 kVA Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) units and procurement and installation of two (2) new UPS units on the 12th floor within the North Tower of the Clark County Detention Center. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Selective Demolition and removal of two (2) existing UPS units; procurement and installation of two (2) new UPS units of similar size as indicated in the project plans and specifications. Electrical Work includes providing new conduit pathways and associated wiring and cables necessary for proper installation of the new UPS units. Testing and commissioning of the new UPS systems are also required.
