Granite Street Water Line Replacement. The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the following major item: Installation of approximately 430 linear feet of 10in restrained water main from Granite Street to the existing water storage tank and associated appurtenances. The Contractor and all subcontractors shall pay for all labor employed at no less than the minimum standard prevailing rate of wages for each classification, which shall be the higher of either the Montana Prevailing Wage Rates as appended. The CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. A bid may not be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of the Bids specified above unless it meets requirements and procedures outlined in Article 16.02 of the Instructions to Bidders.
